Charming small house in the heart of the village, close to all amenities: bakery, café, convenience store, supermarket, post office, bank, restaurant, castle, hairdresser, and bus stop. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. City buses run all day between Perpignan and Canet. A free shuttle connects the beach, the village, and all of Canet throughout the day. The master suite and bathroom are on the second floor, accessible by a steep staircase. Parking spaces are available nearby. The house is comfortable and welcoming but has stairs. Please note there is no air conditioning, but an air cooler is provided upstairs. Bath towels are included. The property welcomes children over 2 years old. For younger children, the house is not suitable due to the stairs. Pets are not allowed. Basic products are provided: coffee, cocoa powder, sugar, and bed linen. All you have to do is settle in. Water and electricity consumption fees are included in your stay.
